Data we collect
We collect the data you provide directly when requesting a consultation, contacting us or applying for a role: your name, contact details and a description of your matter. When we create a client portal account for you we also hold the data of your file with the firm.
How we use it
We use your data solely to respond to your request, manage your legal file and communicate with you about it. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.
Confidentiality of legal information
Information in your legal file is subject to professional confidentiality. Only the team assigned to your file may access it, and it is disclosed only under a court order or with your written consent.
Data security
We enforce strict access controls at the system level: each client sees only their own files, and every operation on records is written to an audit log. Passwords are stored in an irreversible hashed form.
Retention
We retain case files for the period required by professional and legal rules, after which they are archived or securely destroyed.
Your rights
You may request access to your data or its correction. Contact us using the details published on this website.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
